We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and profile details when you register or sign up for updates. We also automatically collect gameplay activity, stream content you broadcast, device and usage data, and communications you send through the platform.
Payment Information
Tournament entry fees and cash-outs are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. BattleSuite does not store your full card or bank details on its servers — that data is handled securely by Stripe. We retain transaction records (amounts, tournament IDs, and status) for accounting and dispute resolution.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate the platform, run and verify tournaments, process payments and prize payouts, send match and tournament reminders, personalize your experience, communicate with you about your account, and detect and prevent fraud or cheating.
How We Share Your Information
We share data with service providers that help run BattleSuite: Stripe (payments), Google Calendar (optional match reminders you connect), Gmail (optional organizer welcome emails), and Kick.com (live streaming). We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and community. We never sell your personal information.
Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function if they are disabled.
Data Retention
We retain your account and activity data for as long as your account is active. Tournament results, payment records, and dispute evidence are retained as needed for record-keeping and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and restricted access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and act promptly if an issue is identified.
Children's Privacy
BattleSuite is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.
